
Senior Cody Augustiniak joins the 600 pound club!


7th and 8th graders were invited to participate in an invitation-only event Forest Careers Field Day, hosted by the LEAF K-12 Forestry Education Program! This was an opportunity for our students to participate in hands-on activity stations led by many professionals exploring a wide range of forest-focused careers. The event took place at the Cedric A. Vig Outdoor Classroom (CAVOC) in Rhinelander.











Junior and Senior students attended the Wisconsin Education Fair (WEF) at Northland College in Ashland today! They had the opportunity to meet with and ask questions of the representatives from various universities, technical colleges, and military branches.

First and Second Graders used pattern blocks as a part of their math warmup. They enjoyed creating fall shapes. Lots of math and learning to share!

7th grade science learning about chemical reactions by testing and analyzing the bath-bombs they created!

The Mercer School summer Rec program is on the go! Today they learned about reptiles with an up close experience courtesy of the Mercer Public Library and The Discovery Center.







A beautiful cutting board created by Cameron Patton in Computer Aided Manufacturing. I've been telling Cameron to just sand off his family name and it would be a great gift for a certain school administrator.


The Mercer gym is alive with the sound of volleyball! 6 teams (Mercer, Mellen, Hurley, Northland Pines, Butternut, and Ironwood) compete in 6 rounds. Come join the fun-scrimmage ends at 8:30.
